starting the gym and “diet” on January 20th! and hopefully i can keep it going! ahhh!
and i have 93 days/13 weeks to do it.
i took a hideous horrid before picture.. don’t even want to talk about it!
i’ve been saying this for waaaaay to long. it’s not about how many pounds i loose i’m just so tired of feeling not happy with myself. over it.
no soda. no more eating the FREE food after my shift at work. no late night eating..(my hardest thing to stop) no eating when i’m not hungry. not as much bread… and only wheat. no more saying i’ll start tomorrow. no more being lazy!
p.s. this picture is definitely not me… yet hah even though i probably don’t have the same body type as her hah! oh well!
